Biscuits
1. Preheat oven to 450F
2. Mix in big bowl: 2 cup flour, 3/4 cup milk, 1 tbslpn baking powder, 4 tblspn butter
3. Roll out on parchment paper and cut squares with knife
4. put on baking pan in center of oven for 10 minutes


Cornbread
1. Preheat over to 450F
2. Heat small amount of bacon grease in cast iron pan
3. Mix 1 cup cornmeal, 1/2 cup flour, 1 tblspn baking powder, 1 cup milk (should be able to pour it, so add more milk if its too thick)
4. pour mixture into pan, leave for about 1 minute
5. put into oven bake for 20 min
